Happy Birthday, Shakespeare!

I'm a Shakespeare lover and have been since middle school, when I had the opportunity to attend a Junior Shakespeare camp at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. I'm also a theater lover--acting is my passion (I miss it!), so I was thrilled to find out that Bailey would be participating with her class in the Bard's Birthday Bash at the USF this year. She and her classmates performed short scenes from 4 different plays, and she even had one line all by herself.
I made videos of three of the performances, but since I don't know how to clip videos yet, and you don't want to watch the rather long rendition of the witches in the Scottish Play, I'll share a clip that they've done as song instead. (Please forgive the multiple wedgie pickings--I think her underwear may be getting too small. I'd never noticed until I watched it on stage! :-))



After Bailey's class was done, Colby ran outside to check out the auditorium's fountain. He wanted to go swimming in it, of course--who's not tempted by a pretty fountain on a sunny day? But I convinced him to settle for taking some pictures by it, instead. I took some of him, and then he wanted to take a couple of me...actually, I posed in front of the fountain, and he kept moving the camera to look past me and just get the fountain--RUDE!!! :-) So I had to persuade him to actually include me in the photograph!
